Often times it seems the hardest part about losing weight is finding the motivation to actually stick with it so that's why I've decided to document the process through both words and pictures. The way I look at it is best way to not travel backwards is by remembering where you came from and why you don't want to go back.
So for me the road starts now and where I'm headed is 220 pounds...
Now for some 220 pounds may sound like a lot of weight still but being that I'm 6 foot 7 to me 220 is a number that I'd be happy with. My starting weight? hmmm well lets just say it don't start with a 2
